Notice Of Indefinite Suspension

 

The Alapaha Bulldog Registry is dedicated to upholding the integrity of its Registry, promoting the morally responsible breeders that produce healthy and functional Alapahas meant for the breed’s purpose. The ABR and its approved club, The Alapaha Bulldog Club (ABC), advocate for the breed as a family companion, advance canine health and well-being, work to protect the rights of all Alapaha owners and promote responsible Alapaha ownership. ABR makes every attempt to accurately keep an updated list of breeders and owners that are indefinitely suspended. However, as there may be lag time in adding an individual to the list, the ABR does not guarantee the accuracy of this list as it can change monthly. If an individual or breeder is in question, please email the ABR directly to receive the information regarding that individual(s) disciplinary status. The ABR will only confirm or deny a persons suspension status. Details of each breeder(s) or owner(s) case will not be discussed in depth by the ABR. During the period of suspension or barring, a person who is suspended or barred may be prohibited from, but not limited to, one or more of the following:

 

1. They are barred from registering any Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldogs in their names (joint or individual ownership). They may, however, transfer any Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldogs currently registered in their names (joint or individual ownership) to another individual(s), except they may not transfer dogs to any member of their families, spouses, or companions. Companion is defined as anyone who resides at the same address as the suspended breeder(s) or owner(s).

 

2. They are barred from registering any Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog in their names (joint or individual ownership) and they may not transfer any dogs currently registered in their names (joint or individual ownership).

 

3. They are barred from registering any litters and signing any litter registrations in capacity. No offspring of a dog registered in their names (joint or individual ownership) is eligible for registration with ABR when bred by the individual(s) after their suspension date.

 

4. They are barred from entering or participating in any way in any ABR licensed event, including, but not limited to, co-owner, handler, back-up handler, judge, or spectator.

 

5. Any member of their families, spouses, or companions are barred from entering or participating in any way in any ABR event including, but not limited to, co-owner, handler, back-up handler, judge, or spectator. Companion is defined as anyone who resides at the same address as the suspended breeder(s) or owner(s).

 

6. They are barred from holding office in the ABR approved club, The Alapaha Bulldog Club.

 

7. No Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog registered in their names (joint or individual ownership) may be entered or participate in any way in any ABR event.

 

8. No championship points can be attributed to any Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldogs registered in the individual(s) name or in any companion name. Companion is defined as anyone who resides at the same address as the suspended breeder(s) or owner(s).

 

9. They are indefinitely suspended from advertising on any ABR platform and/or any platform by the approved ABR club, The Alapaha Bulldog Club.

 

10. Indefinite Suspension of all privileges would include both event suspension and registration suspension.
